1. Shipping location and delivery time
   Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Moldova.
   Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (this period may be extended during holidays or promotions).
   Transportation time: The international transportation time varies by destination, usually ranging from 10 to 25 working days (excluding customs clearance time).
2. Freight calculation
   The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight, volume and destination. The final cost will be displayed on the settlement page. Free shipping may be available in some areas (for details, please refer to the event page).
3. Logistics tracking
   After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number and can track the package in real time through a third-party logistics platform (such as 17Track).
   If you do not receive a logistics update within 30 days, please contact us at gunuous@advspets.com.
4. Customs and Taxes
   International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
   It is recommended to check the customs policies of your home country before placing an order to avoid delays.
5. Delay and Loss Handling
   Transportation delay: In case of delay caused by force majeure such as weather and customs clearance, we will assist in following up but will not be liable for compensation.
   Lost package: If the logistics shows that it has been delivered but not received, please contact us for investigation within 7 days. After confirming the loss, you can choose to refund or resend (if inventory permits).
6. Return and exchange policy
   Only returns and exchanges of unopened items are accepted. Applications must be made within 7 days after signing for receipt.
   The return shipping fee is borne by the customer. The return address is the warehouse in Moldova (the specific address will be provided by email).
